I’m Dimitri Poulikidis, CEO and founder of The Swarm — a Vienna studio that takes AI-built and vibe-coded products to production. For over two decades I’ve engineered apps, servers, and enterprise platforms for clients across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

My work centres on the unglamorous things that decide whether software survives contact with real users: security hardening, GDPR and EU data protection, scalability, and keeping systems running under a real SLA. I also lead several companies under The Swarm umbrella — including safecloud.at, a GDPR-compliant European cloud platform.

I combine deep technical expertise with executive leadership to ship efficient, no-nonsense solutions — and I put my name on the outcome. When we take on a product, we run the code and hold the liability. That’s the whole idea behind The Swarm: founders shouldn’t have to choose between shipping fast and sleeping at night.
